Siddarth Agarwal & Co. is a firm of Company Secretaries in Noida, established in 2017 by CS Siddarth Agarwal.
We work with private and public companies, LLPs, startups and family businesses on company law, securities law, GST, income tax, FEMA and labour law. Our clients are based across India, and most of our work is handled online, with meetings in our Noida office or on video call.
Each engagement is handled directly by a qualified Company Secretary, supported by our team of executives and trainees.

Works primarily on corporate and secretarial compliance, including ROC filings, board and general meetings, statutory registers, secretarial records and the secretarial compliance for private placements of shares.
