What this website collects
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store the details you type into the consultation form. When you use the form, your browser prepares a message which you then send to us yourself by WhatsApp or email. We receive only what you choose to send.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How we use information you send us
We use the details you send us (such as your name, phone number, email and the nature of your requirement) only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to engagements are kept for the periods required by law and professional standards.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
